I learned how to cook when I was 11 years old, so I can make just about anything I have on hand.
This is fried zucchini with a tomato and rice with cheese on top.
And it's gluten free.

Sometimes eating out can be little bit of a challenge when it comes to being gluten free.
This is what they call a low-carb grilled chicken sandwich, meaning no bun...lol
This is from Burger King. I asked for ranch dressing and turned into a salad.

This is a good brand of gluten free rice noodles I enjoy so I can still have spaghetti. I will post other brands I have tried in future posts.
We have a Smith's store near by and it's in the Asian food section.

I will be posting some ideas for anyone that is or has to be gluten free. When I went gluten free, my headaches went away, a dizzy spells. Plus I found out from a little research that people with O blood type should not eat gluten. I wish I knew about this years ago. So this is my life now and I want to share some things I prepare. I also have a bad onion allergy so I never put that in what I eat.
This is simple to throw together. Sausage, peppers. taters and an egg. I love breakfast anytime of the day. I was going to start a new blog for this subject but I like variety in my posts. I will be doing this more frequently now that I finally transferred all my photos from my phone to my computer. The other night I had a strange dream that I was preparing to make breakfast for all of The Osmond Brothers. They all agreed on eggs and hash browns and Mrs. Osmond was there to help me. I do live in Utah, maybe I'm picking up some vibes.
